Aspire HRD Summit 2019
The 2019 Aspire HRD Summit is held on Thursday 28th March and it is a dedicated one day event curated for HR Professionals with career goals to become a HR Director or CHRO as well and HR Management looking for deep insights across a wide range of sectors. The day is hosted by well respected and highly regarded HR Leaders.
The 2019 Aspire HRD Summit consists of seven sessions covering HR Transformation and Leadership Development. Those delegates who attend this special event are recommended to go on The Aspire HR Conference which is held the week after, April 2-3.

14:15 – 15:00 – HR continuously evolves into a strategic and influential business partner. What the traits do HR leaders expect from the next generation who are expected to take over the helm? What gaps need to be bridged?
15:30 – 16:15 – Technological and generational shifts in business are also occurring in HR. Generation X and millennials are moving into senior management and representing HR at the executive level. The modern HR leader is data and digitally savvy just like the workforce they support.
16:15 – 17:00 – Prepare for conversations with the CEO to deliver the business through change and disruption.
