Privacy statement

The collection of personal information you give to us is governed by privacy laws.

  1. The purpose of our collecting your personal information is to process your registration.
  2. We not disclose your personal information to external parties (such as conference sponsors) unless you give us permission to do so.
  3. Our conference sponsors and industry partners may use the personal information provided to market their products or services to you.
  4. You may at any time, request to access your personal information that we have collected.


Conference delegates who are no longer able to attend after submitting a registration form, or processing payment, are most welcome to nominate a colleague. All cancellations must be received in writing no later Twelve (12) weeks before an event in which a full refund will be processed within 10 business days. Cancellations received before eight (8) weeks before an event, will incur a 50% refund via EFT reversal and a 50% credit note which can be used on a future event. Cancellations received before four (4) weeks to an event, are non-refundable and a 100% credit note will be used on a future event. An administration fee of $250 will be applicable for all cancellations accepted in writing.
