Privacy & Cancellations
The collection of personal information you give to us is governed by privacy laws.
- The purpose of our collecting your personal information is to process your registration.
- We not disclose your personal information to external parties (such as conference sponsors) unless you give us permission to do so.
- Our conference sponsors and industry partners may use the personal information provided to market their products or services to you.
- You may at any time, request to access your personal information that we have collected.
Conference delegates who are no longer able to attend after submitting a registration form, or processing payment, are most welcome to nominate a colleague. All cancellations must be received in writing no later Twelve (12) weeks before an event in which a full refund will be processed within 10 business days. Cancellations received before eight (8) weeks before an event, will incur a 50% refund via EFT reversal and a 50% credit note which can be used on a future event. Cancellations received before four (4) weeks to an event, are non-refundable and a 100% credit note will be used on a future event. An administration fee of $250 will be applicable for all cancellations accepted in writing.
